Handles along the sides of this made in usa mattress make it easier to set up and move. Well made and oh so deep it is so soft and feels like I fell onto a cloud .It is wonderful if your looking for a soft mattress not support get a low profile bed as you will be climbing to get on this 14 inch mattress Im 5'3 I had to climb.Comes flat in a box but in 2 hours it was fully ready to go.No chemical smell either.Make sure your sheets are deep pocket you will need them. ... show more

We bought this mattress to specifically get away from spring mattresses for my husband. We've had it about a month now. He loves this mattress and sleeps so much better on it. I wish it was softer. If you're used to memory foam and expect this to be like that, eh... not really. There's not much in the way of sinking in at all. Definitely firmer than any Tempurpedic that I've used in the past. I can sleep just about anywhere, and my biggest concern was making sure that my husband could sleep, so we are keeping it. If we'd chosen for me, I would have gone a bit softer. Maybe that makes me a bit Mama Bear, and I know it's a matter of personal preference. I would have liked to have been aware of how very firm it was to begin with. ... show more

I got a full for my son. The mattress is comfortable and amazing. We are ordering a queen for us. It's super soft and molds perfectly to the body. I don't even need a pillow. I got a mattress protector from target that is water proof, but it made the bed hot and hard to sleep on. I'm trying to find a mattress protector that keeps the beds features. Any advice? The bed is a mazing alone but my son spills milk too often. ... show more

I was so excited to receive this mattress. The first one that was delivered was the wrong size and model. That's a mistake Amazon made. When the right mattress arrived, I was thrilled. The corners didn't inflate properly, but that didn't bother me. I have it on a brand new, solid and strong platform base. I've had the mattress for 5 weeks and it's awful. I'm a 5'5 120 lb female. I'm a very young widow with no children, and I'll be in love with my late husband forever. That said, I sleep alone. The middle of the mattress is sinking. At first the mattress was fantastic. Soft, yet firm. I don't sink into it to the point where I get stuck. It doesn't sleep warm. Now I wake up with lower back pain so severe I can't stand up straight for several minutes. I have to keep my torso on the bed with my legs on the floor. I've rotated the mattress, purchased new pillows, nothing helps. The sides of the mattress are fine, but I always end up rolling into the sunken middle. There's absolutely no support in the center of the mattress. It makes no sense. The only conclusion I can reach is that it's defective in some way. I can't return the mattress, so that stinks. Now I've got to go through the whole process of purchasing another mattress. I will not purchase one from Mellow ever again and I most certainly will never recommend the brand. Customer service was of no use. I'm certain you can find a quality mattress at this price point or slightly above that will be much better than the Mellow brand. Save yourself the pain and disappointment. ... show more

Purchased for my daughter and honestly this mattress feels better than the $2000+ we purchased for our king size bed . While it didn’t fully expand on the corners the rest of the bed did make it to 10in. It is plush and you sink down into it just enough and it truly does stay cool to the touch. The mattress did not come as pictured, mine was a light blue instead of gray. I also was disappointed that it did not expand to 10 inches like it said it would. Mine expanded to 9 inches. My son says it sleeps great and he is 5’8” and 160 lbs. I just don’t like it was different than pictured and did not expand all the way. ... show more

Bought this for my teen daughter who is 5’11. She has been sleeping in it for over a month now and loves it. There was no odor. It’s super comfortable. Very soft, but supportive. We are super happy with our purchase. And love the handles on side to help when we move it.
