After assembly product is a 5/5 for how good it looks, the quality of fireplace, funtionality. There is space in the back of fireplace I used for all cable management so the whole thing can hug my wall with no space. I can even fit my wifi back there to save more space. I decided to not use the led strips because I think it actually cheapens the aesthetic of the whole thing. Here's the bad: instructions are bad. Diagrams only and there is even a mistake. There is a long piece that the fireplace panel attaches to (there is also no instruction for you to remove this from fireplace - which is in a seperate box) that is actually upside down in the instructions. You don't realize it should be the other way until you put the frieplace on which is almost the last step. To fix this you have to break down the built shelf so much it was infuriating. This was very easy to put together, however the material is not good quality. It was definitely not worth the price at all. I can't put anything on top of it ,if I do it pushes in and makes a creaking sound. I can place my hand on there and hear the same sound. I wish I was able to return this, but I didn't realize until it was fully put together. Beware if you purchase this. ... show more

The product came with just pictures...no written instructions. The cabinet boards are not the greatest quality comparable to what you would find with AKEA furniture. The fireplace and cabinet will ship separately so don't freak out if they don't come at the same time. Be really careful when putting it together and make sure to double check the pieces for proper fit. You will risk damaging the boards if you need to adjust or reinstall any of the pieces. If you have any pieces that were damaged due to the shipping company, they will replace them quickly without an issue. Great product, everything works correctly. LED Light remote was a little bent however it works correctly. Range of the LED Light remote isn’t that great but it works. I haven’t changed the battery to see if that has any effect. Fireplace remote works great and has great range. I assembled the entertainment center by myself without any issues. ASSEMBLY HACKS 1. Two sided tape is what adheres the LED strip lights(peel back the white tape from adhesive strip). 2. You can install the LED strip lights once the entertainment center has been fully assembled from the underside of the top. This way you have a solid starting and stopping point and can run at a variation of different locations/angles if you prefer 3. Fireplace face screws are located on the sides of the fireplace box and the screws are silver. This is if y’all prefer to put in the crystals which I highly recommend for a more modern feel. 4. Assemble/install everything in order one piece at a time to make it a rinse and repeat process and you’ll have it together in no time. I would buy this entertainment center again. The media could not be loaded. Instructions were difficult to read, but between my husband and I, we did get it put together in about 2 hours. The initial delivery was a mess. It was sent in 2 different packages which resulted in the fireplace package being stolen, but customer service was friendly and very helpful with sending a replacement quickly. Everything worked as directed, but I tore a portion of the LED strip by accident which was totally on me and not the company. May decide to but a LED strip separately or just enjoy it without them. Either way, I'm very satisfied. It's beautiful... UPDATE: I reached out to the company to inquire about a price for the LED strip I ripped. They offered to send a replacement for free, which was amazing. I gave them a star back even though I took it due to how difficult the instructions were. I gave them back the star due to the prompt and amazing customer service. Thank you!! ... show more
