After assembly product is a 5/5 for how good it looks, the quality of fireplace, funtionality. There is space in the back of fireplace I used for all cable management so the whole thing can hug my wall with no space. I can even fit my wifi back there to save more space. I decided to not use the led strips because I think it actually cheapens the aesthetic of the whole thing. Here's the bad: instructions are bad. Diagrams only and there is even a mistake. There is a long piece that the fireplace panel attaches to (there is also no instruction for you to remove this from fireplace - which is in a seperate box) that is actually upside down in the instructions. You don't realize it should be the other way until you put the frieplace on which is almost the last step. To fix this you have to break down the built shelf so much it was infuriating. Follow a tutorial on youtube to build this. Included instructions are a 1/5.

The entertainment center is very nice. It's a perfect fit for a Samsung 85" TV. Adjustable glass shelves. Great looking firepit for ambiance lighting. Wish it came with directions on how to put it together. Searched YouTube and found a similar one to base the build off of. Thought I had broken pieces but turns out they were protective boards and were not part of the product. Customer service was prompt to reply!

The media could not be loaded. Please don’t be alarmed. The TV stand comes with a protective board around the box which may look like the boards are broken, but they are not. So far so good we are happy. However, we didn’t understand why there was Styrofoam inside of the fireplace did not seem to protect it at all.

Instructions were easy to follow. There is a picture of a crossmember that shows a couple tabs, there aren’t any tabs in the cabinet box. The tabs are located in the rear of the fireplace itself on a removable strip used to hang the fireplace in the cabinet.

Update 2/15/23: As beautiful as the unit is, the fireplace has suddenly started becoming louder and is just noisy now. I received it Dec 2022. It's making a light rapid knocking noise when it's just lit up with the image of the flames. When I turn on the heater, it is loud and the fan makes a slow churning noise like it's struggling to spin. I turned it on high to see if it would help the fan get going, but it doesn't help. That's just the new sound I guess. It also doesn't really heat up the room. I close all the doors to try and keep the heat in and unless I am standing inches in front of it, I don't feel anything. It does add a little something if the wall heater is on, but the point is not to have to use the gas wall heater. Original post Dec 2022: It is so beautiful and fairly easy to put together, because all of the pieces are labeled to correspond with the directions. The fireplace gives off great heat and the fan is pretty quiet. ***One word of caution Make sure you have your shelves and the fireplace crystals are piled up how you want them, because you have to remove the entire top to adjust. But I did it several times and it was easy enough to do. I've seen several reviewers saying their LED strips didn't work. Mine didn't appear to work at first, but I realized I just need to make sure the receiver is in an area that the remote can communicate with it. (a small rectangle, with a label, located at the "y" where the LED wires meet.) Both the fireplace remote and LED remote are working well. Their customer service is pretty amazing. Rapid response and extremely friendly and helpful. I am so happy I made this purchase!

For a piece of furniture that costs $400, you’d think it’d be a little more sturdy. I’ve purchased particle board pieces before - but this by far is the cheapest, flimsiest board I’ve encountered. I’m scared to move it, let alone have confidence that it would survive a move without taking it apart. 😫 the board in the back is two pieces held together by… a piece of white tape. Like really? Ugh. And the shelves are much smaller in person than they appear in the photos. Just want everyone to know. :/
