If you have any pieces that were damaged due to the shipping company, they will replace them quickly without an issue. Great product, everything works correctly. LED Light remote was a little bent however it works correctly. Range of the LED Light remote isn’t that great but it works. I haven’t changed the battery to see if that has any effect. Fireplace remote works great and has great range. I assembled the entertainment center by myself without any issues. ASSEMBLY HACKS 1. Two sided tape is what adheres the LED strip lights(peel back the white tape from adhesive strip). 2. You can install the LED strip lights once the entertainment center has been fully assembled from the underside of the top. This way you have a solid starting and stopping point and can run at a variation of different locations/angles if you prefer 3. Fireplace face screws are located on the sides of the fireplace box and the screws are silver. This is if y’all prefer to put in the crystals which I highly recommend for a more modern feel. 4. Assemble/install everything in order one piece at a time to make it a rinse and repeat process and you’ll have it together in no time. I would buy this entertainment center again. Plus my girls(pups) love it!

The media could not be loaded. Instructions were difficult to read, but between my husband and I, we did get it put together in about 2 hours. The initial delivery was a mess. It was sent in 2 different packages which resulted in the fireplace package being stolen, but customer service was friendly and very helpful with sending a replacement quickly. Everything worked as directed, but I tore a portion of the LED strip by accident which was totally on me and not the company. May decide to but a LED strip separately or just enjoy it without them. Either way, I'm very satisfied. It's beautiful... UPDATE: I reached out to the company to inquire about a price for the LED strip I ripped. They offered to send a replacement for free, which was amazing. I gave them a star back even though I took it due to how difficult the instructions were. I gave them back the star due to the prompt and amazing customer service. Thank you!!

This was very easy to put together, however the material is not good quality. It was definitely not worth the price at all. I can't put anything on top of it ,if I do it pushes in and makes a creaking sound. I can place my hand on there and hear the same sound. I wish I was able to return this, but I didn't realize until it was fully put together. Beware if you purchase this.

There are no written instructions that came with this (just drawings) but I was able to find a VERY helpful video on YouTube. (Just search for this brand and 79 fireplace tv stand). It still took us a few hours to assemble but we’re very happy with this fireplace tv stand. Please note that there are two options for the fireplace - wood look or crystals. You’ll need to decide what look you want before you assemble it because you would have to disassemble it to change it. Overall we are very pleased.

The item was short, but very sturdy. I love the appearance. However the led does not work and it is not the same as what’s in the picture. It is small. The fire place works well heats up the whole room. Easy to use but it was a pain to put together.

The entertainment center is very nice. It's a perfect fit for a Samsung 85" TV. Adjustable glass shelves. Great looking firepit for ambiance lighting. Wish it came with directions on how to put it together. Searched YouTube and found a similar one to base the build off of. Thought I had broken pieces but turns out they were protective boards and were not part of the product. Customer service was prompt to reply!
