This greenhouse is a great starting point. The frame is 1/2 conduit, so it is very maluable. The covering seems a little short so one needs to figure out how to supplement to keep critters out. The bolts are of zinc alloy, meaning they will likely be the first to rust, not to mention strip easily. I purchased sacrificial anodes to add to the frame and Rustolium for the bolts along the bottom of the frame. The dimensions are not exact, about four inches short in all directions. I placed the house in a frame of railroad ties, which gave me a way to secure it (1/2 conduit clamps). This also brought the height to a more comfortable level. ... show more

Took about 4.5-5 hours for one person assemble (I assemble 2). Is pretty simple if you follow the instructions, just tedious and repetitive. If in windy/storm prone area, anchor down with something stronger than the strings and tent stakes provided, I used steel wire and 6 spiral dog tie out stakes. The hoop house is great, and worth the price as long as you use common sense and plan for storms etc accordingly. Keep closed in high winds or it will blow apart very quickly. Recommend gravel or mulch around outside (there are flaps around base of the entire hoop house) to keep wind from getting under it. ... show more

I saw other reviews on here for this that said it was flimsy. I have to say, I disagree. It is not a commercial product, so don't expect that. But It has held up to a couple of storms and also snow on top of it. No bending or flling down. I did notice that the top sags and holds water after a rain, but I put a small weep hole in each top section and it drains nicely. Maybe an idea for the manufacturer to update. The frame is a little bit of a pain to put together, but that is mostly just because it takes time and there are alot of pieces. It isn't difficult if you are adept at folllowing directions. I also wish it had a zippered door at both ends. But for what you pay for it, I can't complain. I does exactly what i wanted it for. ... show more

Received the Greenhouse in Jan and weather permitted setup in Mar. Two person job, about 5 hrs. Everything great until noticed zipper issues, not set properly when sewed, teeth not matching up, some damaged. Customer service is sending me a replacement. We had snow that accumulated a bit on top, but if setup correctly most dripped off. A broom/brush took the balance of snow and water off. 4 out of 5 stars for the water pooling and sturdiness, 5 stars for customer service. You have to make sure the cover is secure and tight to the ground to avoid heavy pooling and collapse. Overall I think it's a good value for the money. ... show more

You will absolutely have to do more to make this work for you. Assembled as is it is weak and flimsy the metal wants to bend with the wind and if your yard isn't perfectly straight forget about it. But it is a good beginning Point especially if you need something right now. You're definitely going to have to get yourself some much better spikes to tie this down and perhaps think outside the box to make it more sturdy. Worth the money?
