It's a decent support. It does a good job, but after a few weeks it started sagging again. Not as much, but enough to tell. I wouldn't recommend this as a long term solution, but it helps enough for a while to make it worth the purchase. The size was the right fit, as advertised.

My girlfriend has this sofa that's BEYOND old. You sit in it, and you SINK. It's hard to get up because there're no support. I bought her these mat that goes between the sofa and the cushions and it's been a game changer. The couch is now behaving like a newer couch. Sitting is more comfortable, and getting up is a LOT easier. If your sofa or couch is sinking and you're not in a place to buy new furniture, this will get you right along until you are. The mat itself is very sturdy and firm. I measured the innards of the couch (without the cushions) to make sure they wouldn't pop 'out' and its size was perfect for her couch. I ordered this support because of the available sizes but initially I wasn’t sure if the 28” X 72” model would work with my sofa’s 28” X 66” dimensions. Since I didn’t know how wide each panel was I contacted Meliusly regarding my concern and they quickly responded that each of the panels are 7” and it should work fine with my sofa. Not only were they correct about the sizing but I was pleasantly surprised that, as advertised, it's a quality product. The boards are strong and the oxford fabric covering is a nice gray color with piping around the edges giving it a finished look. There are no surprises at how easy it is to install and barely detectable under the cushions when looking at the sofa. More importantly, the cushions feels like they should again and I couldn't be happier. I should point out that I had an excellent result because my cushions were in very good shape and it was the springs under the cushions that were failing and causing the sag. That being said, and in my humble opinion, if your cushions are the problem I’m not so sure any support under them will help and you might want to reevaluate what you need.
