    • BEWARE!!! PAINT STAINS EVERYTHING

This product is VERY cute especially for price point! However the paint stains everything. We got the dinosaurs for our child who's currently in love with dinos. We opened the box today, I set it out and let my child paint by themselves while I attended to the baby and folded laundry. When I came back my child had paint all over their arms, no big deal it happens. So I go to wipe it off with a baby wipe.... nothing.... I wash with soap and water.... nothing.... I used rubbing alcohol.... nothing. This surprised me seeing as how this is a children's paint set. I could understand if this was a hobbiest type model set, but this is meant for kids and kids get messy. Just be weary when using the paint at least from the dino kit. Children may need to be supervised or they'll have stained skin for a while. ... show more

Package arrived nicely, and in perfect shape to give as a gift for my 6 year old cousin. I cut the tape on the bottom, and wanted to examine the paint before giving it as a gift. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t dried up as in some of the reviews. The paint was packaged in a clear wrap and I removed that and opened each cup. The paint is fine :) I also took a picture with my adult hand for size reference. I did expect them to be slightly larger, but they are still worth the very reasonable price so I will not take off any stars for that. To a 6 year old, it’s probably around the right size. I will say I did notice the horses had a little scuffing on them but I’m not sure if that came through on the picture. It’s not really a scratch- more of a scuff. I will not take off stars, because that doesn’t really matter either if it’s going to be painted over. I will say, I’m not sure if I would buy this for older kids (say 11+ in age) just because the horses look slightly cartoony as you can see in the picture. All in all, I am happy and it will make a great gift, and it was a great price. ... show more
