    • Foot beds and straps suck
The machine overall so far seems to be a great rower for home. The foot beds suck though. The straps are huge and don't tighten down enough on my smaller feet. My heels also keep popping out of the foot holder since you can't adjust the fit.

This is a very nice unit simple to put together and easy to use. The tablet/phone holder is nice I can watch something as I row. I had a question and tech support got back to me quickly and solved my issues. The one thing I was worried was the seat but it surprised me how comfortable it was.     • Foot holds are not good
The actual machine itself is fantastic but what keeps it from being a good product are the foot holds. They do not secure your feet very well. No matter how tight you make it your feet will slip out the bottom so easily that you find yourself not even using a full range of motion because you are just trying to put too much strain on the holds. ... show more

The machine overall is decently strong quality. However, the footrests are BAD. Like, dealbreaker bad. They rotate, and the straps are too high on the foot. They are just bad. Additionally, the left footrest on my machine was missing its Velcro, and the seller has not responded to my emailed request to fix this. So customer service is questionable. Last, the display is largely useless. It counts number of strokes, or time. Not intuitive, not useful. Does not calculate distance, watts, calories, nothing… ... show more

My boyfriend is 6'3 250. It took us a bit of time to put it together...30 min or so but it was very easy. The slide rail is plenty long for full leg extension with room to spare. The seat is pretty comfortable and slides smooth on the rail. The pivoting pedals are a nice touch and make rowing much more comfortable. Tension is easy to adjust and you can definitely feel it.
