I orginally bought for the magnet feature to replace a double sided taped magnet ring that was from another assembly entirely from target. The ring would melt the tape from getting hot from the self charging and my phone would fall to the floor mid driving lol. This case was to solve that problem. The case magnet not only works but is a stronger pull altogether and the wireless charging still works and doesnt seem to get so hot. Very surprised and happy. Updated review 3/20/24 Initial impression of the case turned out to be mostly wrong. While the screen side lip doesn't offer the greatest protection, the case is surprisingly durable and does protect against flat back and corner drops. The mag ring really works and they included a free clear case as a bonus. The hand feel is very nice and over time becomes even more lux feeling in the hand. Is resilient to many liquids. I work in the auto industry and have had transmission fluid, engine oil and cleaners on my hands. Only brief and limited contact with the case but it survived and dis not damage fit and finish. A good product I do recommend. I left the original review in place to ensure my error in first impressions is corrected. No different than the $7 soft rubber cases that do bare minimum to protect a phone. It is slim, it is soft but for the money I should've bought the tried and reliable Otterbox Communter case which costed only $5 more. The magnetic gimmic doesn't justify the cost. They did include both clear and black case which is cool but again both are just jelly soft rubber cases. ... show more

If you're anything like me, you hate big bulk cases for your smartphone but still want to feel like they are protected. In that case, get this case. It is sturdy with good grip but doesn't make your phone feel like a brick in your hand. It also came with a free clear case, which was much slimmer albeit a bit slippery. That case has become my main case because it protects my phone while barely adding any thickness.     • Decent, but started falling apart
The magnet was great. Not good enough to stick to surfaces at 90 degrees, but great on other designed products like a mount. The case did start to show a lot of wear after a few months and the seam between the side and back has separated. If you change your case a lot, then this is fine! But I would probably want a case where the side and back are all one piece to avoid this. ... show more

    • Nice Case, Snug Fit
Overall, this is a nice Case, and it fits snug. One edge doesn't slightly line up all the way (ie. In the middle of the edge, it's not as aligned as the bottom), but it's not noticeable after the first few weeks of normal usage. The back is matte, and somewhat of a grey color. So, since I have a white phone, it looks grey, which is unfortunate. Additionally, I have a camera glass protector, and if I take the case off, it'll sometimes take the camera screen protector off too (but it's easy enough to put back on). My phone has had 3-4 falls, and the case + glass screen protector + phone have survived all falls perfectly fine thus far! There buttons themselves are very easy to click, and you actually still get feedback which is nice. They do make a all click sound when touched/pressed, but I doubt mind it. That said, I thought the case was going to come with multiple colored buttons, but sadly it didn't. So just be aware that whole the buttons are interchangeable, they didn't come with multiple colors to change out. ... show more
