This was perfect for our use making a body for halloween decoration. We diluted some of the blood for the lighter areas and to make the blood sptay and went back over with thick blood from the bottle. When it got rained on, we just added more blood. VERY IMPRESSED!

This is no cheap watered down stuff, this right here is the real deal! I purchased with the thought in mind that it was going to be an incredibly liquidy product, boy was I mistaken. Think of it as coagulated blood. Sams density & shade.

Great product for a great price. The bottle will last me quite a while. A little goes a long way with this stuff. It’s a thick substance so it’s best for scab-like effects or drips. Wouldn’t recommend for splatter. I don’t think it’s edible but it has ended up in my mouth a few times and the taste isn’t horrible (kind of sweet actually). Once it stope dripping and dries a bit it stays shiny and turns into almost a gel-like substance. Easily comes off with some makeup remover or soap. ... show more

This fake blood is amazing. I used it for a short horror film I was working on it and was amazed at how real it looks. It's very dark, like fresh blood, and stays wet for long periods of time (it won't dry and look fake - which also makes it pretty easy to clean up). If you do leave it on your skin for long periods of time it may be a little harder to clean up afterwards and may leave a slight stain that may take a couple of more washes to get out... but overall, this product is amazing. My younger siblings (highschool-age) thought it was great and used a little I had leftover to make fake cuts and pretend nose bleeds - it freaked my mom out! Also important note - a little goes a long way with this blood! The container will probably last me for a long time. ... show more

This stuff was awesome!!! I made up like a zombie tonight for a "December Halloween" party and had some gashes on my face from liquid latex. I used some red body paint in the wounds as a red base but the fake blood here really took the wound to the next level. This gel lasted all night in my fake wounds. In fact, it lasted longer than the liquid latex did! Eventually the latex popped off part of my face so I ended up pulling it all off but the fake blood still look real and liquidy (without actually runny). This was the first time I'd ever done a liquid latex job but I couldn't be happier with the results (for being my first time). I learned a lot from my experience and one of the most important lessons was that the fake blood made those wounds look real. This stuff is great! I used this for a drip of blood coming out of my eye and nose then made a handprint on my neck. The drips on my face did drip a little further but that’s kinda what I wanted. The handprint on my neck stayed in place for hours. This stuff is syrup based so it’s thick (but will run if there’s enough + gravity). The bottle comes with a brush applicator (like nail polish) so it’s easy to get it placed where you want. For the handprint I just poured a little in my hand & used my other hand to cover my palm. I bought both colors but only used the darker color this time. I got a ton of compliments & a lot of people wanted to know where I got it. It’s also very easy to clean off. I just used a wet wash rag and it came off just fine (even after wearing for about 7 hours). Rinsed the heavy color off the wash rag before throwing it in the wash & everything was fine (it did stain the wash rag but I made sure to wash it with dark colors on cold so I don’t think there were any other issues). ... show more
