Come on, it’s Maguires! I just wrote another review on the buffing compound. When I use the compound I like to use this finish in a 50-50 mix as a lubricant. I buff with a wool pad, and it can’t get hot if not properly lubricated. This stuff also works great as a last minute wipe down and finish. My motivation for this particular purchase, plain and simple, quality and price. I can buy this 1 gallon jug for darn near what a quart cost me at the local auto parts store. I could not get the detailer I use [Mothers] in a gallon container. I hate packaging every 16oz of fluid in a nasty huge plastic spray bottle that sits in a landfill for 1000 yrs. This product does work. It seems more watery than the other brand. Its not as thick and satisfying to apply. Time will tell if water beads up on the paint like my normal brand. Sprays easily given the viscosity. It appears to do the job but that's all I can say. It does not handle like a premium product. ... show more

If you are a car guy who likes a clean shiny and protected vehicle then keep a spray bottle of Meguiars Last touch handy. Goes on smooth and leaves a nice deep shine. Lays down a layer of protection between waxes, and works great with clay bars too.
