Had this delivered June 23rd and this is July 22nd. People at marina already said the strap broke on my boat. We don’t haul it back and forth. It stays at the marina and do a dry slip. It said it would handle 3,500 pounds. Our boat is 2,800 pounds. Very disappointed. Since it’s already installed on my boat, I’m sure no refund is available Don’t buy!!! ... show more

This takes some effort to install (modifications to your tractor or truck if you don't already have the holes to do so) but is well worth it. The trailer winch is VERY heavy duty and made with extremely durable materials. The strap is a great length and the strap itself looks and feels like it would easily tow a car or boat and the hook is well made with durable metal material. importantly, it is well painted and sealed to keep out the elements and the casting of the metal doesn't leave any sharp or pointed edges or ends that can cause injury. Got this for our 6 x 10 tilt trailer so we could easily pull up broke down lawnmowers. No more pushing and struggling to get them loaded on the trailer.
