My son is a distance runner and wanted an ice bath tub to use after his long training runs. This ice bath tub, with the included accessories and carrying case, looked like a good option. The tub was easy to assemble. A pump is included to inflate the rings around the lid and tub. Directions for setting up the tub were included and easy to follow. The spigot was already in place but we had to tighten it to secure it. The size of this tub is generous enough to accommodate everyone in my family (not all at once, of course!) and we range in height from 5'8" to 6'4". Overall, this tub suits our needs perfectly. I took off a star from the rating because the area around the spigot seems a little flimsy and prone to leaking. Also, we did not receive the ice molds that the product description indicated were included. Other than those minor concerns, this tub is meeting our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to assemble home ice bath.

Easy and quick to setup. Comes with everything you need, just add water/ice. Large enough for anyone to fit in. Quality feels excellent overall and the materials are solid. It's a steal at this price. I don't think you can beat the value. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to start doing cold plunges without having to spend several thousand dollars.

I dislike the cold/cold water quite a bit. I'm the type of person that loves hot showers and being in warm climate. My wife started doing ice baths/plunges and she has said many times how beneficial it is after just a couple weeks. More energy, feels like she has a stronger immune system, just in general happier. After researching it does appear that plunging your body is ice water everyday does actually have many benefits in the long term run of things. I saw this and figured we should try it. We can keep it on the back patio and cover it. Very easy to assemble and overall, not a bad size. I will note that I'm 6'2, and this is a TAD too small for me to comfortably be in. It's the actual leg room or lack thereof for me. If you are not that tall then it shouldn't be an issue. I think my wife is 5'7" and she has zero issues with space. I can when I get in go down to my shoulders to be under the water. But my legs are sort of like in an Indian style pretzel shape. I like that it has a drain spout at the bottom, this makes draining super easy and the only improvement would be to attach a hose to the spout so you can direct the water and not have it go everywhere when you open the valve. I still dislike that initial jolt of getting into cold water, but after a while I feel like your body starts to get used to it. The initial jolt starts to go away, and I find myself being able to stay in the ice water longer and longer each week. This is my first ice bath tub but so far it seems good. Time will tell with how it holds up on the back patio when it's cold/hot...etc. I suspect what will eventually happen is it will develop a leak either at the seams or where the spout is. That's just a quick observation of leak points/wear points. I will update after this gets several months of use to see if and how it holds up.
