My husband has large hands and I typically order Large or am trying out XLarge so he can have a little more breathing room. I have Small hands and keep ordering that size. When my hands are extra dry in the winter, it’s helpful to throw these on for some cooking or cleaning to keep them protected. They are stretchy and will tear if you are using them too rough. These aren’t super thick or heavy, but they are fine for what I need them for. I bought these to wear when cleaning my birdcage and they were perfect. I don’t feel they’re heavy enough to wear for handling chemicals or anything like that but they’re perfect for what I need them for.

A long time user of single use gloves, I’ve found that a reliable quality indicator is apparent when opening the packaging. These unfortunately arrived in a box with the glove content “stuck” in a ball. To use they have to be peeled carefully to prevent tearing even before they are first worn. Note that they will tear easily at the cuff when applying. They will provide some protection in light use. I fortunately sized up to an XL from a large. I typically use these gloves when cleaning, filling the bird feeders in the yard, etc. I would not rely on them for any heavier contact.
