Watching the chair expand was extremely satisfying. After opening it, I immediately sat on it. I couldn't help myself. It's incredibly soft, firm, and comfortable. After leaving it alone for a day and a half, the back and arms firmed right up! It's gorgeous and perfect. My gaming TV is pretty low to the ground, so it's the right height for me.
