The overall size of the frame 13x16.75โ€, not 12x16โ€. Inside mount is 11.5x15.5โ€ so my poster does not fit this frame. Although extremely lightweight, it is a nice looking frame. I cannot attest to the quality of the plastic cover because I did not peel off the plastic coating once I realized that it was not the proper size for my poster. Peel the film from the "glass" or else it will look like crap. One side of the frame is slightly bowed so the corners don't match up perfectly, but other than that it's fine. Not bad for a super cheap frame.
