I don't have blackheads but I do have enlarged pores and sometimes clogged sebum. I wear these at night and in the morning I can see the oil that's been absorbed. The fit is right and it doesn't shift or start to lift overnight. The bandage itself is thinner than the cosrx acne ones. I found it comfortable enough to sleep in, with no issues. I used these every few days and I do think my pores are a little bit less noticeable - it's not a huge difference, but I'll take it! I have always struggled with acne on my nose. My nose is red and I always have at least one blackhead there and I get little zits all over when it's really bad.
