Yes this face wash has fragrance, if you’re not into that this ain’t your face wash. I personally don’t like fragrance but I gave this a try. It’s very moisturizing to my skin, and I have very delicate face. But it has worked on me and faded my teenage scars. I’m 25 and my skin feels tighter and so much brighter! Not tighter as in stripping sense, this face wash does not strip at all. I mean like my skin doesn’t seem to hang instead it kinda lifts better now. I love it. I bought this and it is so freaking drying!!! I could literally feel the moisture out of my face gone after washing. My lashes were falling out like crazy when I go over my eyelids with this. I'll stick to my Aromatica.

Very rarely do I write reviews and the product Hass to be extraordinary. This product was purchased because I burnt my face with a mixture of bar and chain oil and Palm oil, I was cutting a palm tree. I received Medications from my doctor and my face was healing however it was very dry and scaly and I wanted to prevent scarring. Having reviewed multiple products I settled on Mediheal , Not sure if this product would work initially I was doubtful given the price was only 899 however I did read the reviews which were very favorable and decided to give it a try. After one week I definitely noticed a difference on my face the scaliness was gone the drawn skin the dark spots. I definitely recommend this product because it has also removed the small blemishes As well as the minor blackheads we all get. I am currently using Mediheal for three weeks and I definitely plan on continuing. Well worth the money, the tube is very large and you only need to use a small amount. ... show more
