I needed a simple audio cabinet and it proved harder to find than I expected. After much searching I took a chance on this and am quite pleased. It is a good value for the price and is a handsome cabinet when assembled. It was packed well and no damaged or missing pieces. I thought it assembled as easily as any Ikea type furniture and is solid once done. I had no issues adjusting the door as some noted. The shelves absolutely will fall if you pull the shelf too far forward, so be careful. I look forward to moving it to it's new home and filling it with equipment. It's Heavy! Be aware that this box is over 50 pounds. The assembly went pretty quick and all the hardware was there (including some extras which is nice). The instructions are completely pictorial and not completely clear but if you look carefully, it is pretty strait forward. (note, when you put the door on, tip the cabinet on its side, it's much easier that way). Quality, is average. I gave 4 stars because for the money I expected the cabinet to be a little more structurally sturdy but even after complete assembly it wiggles around more than I would like.... just not really solid. The holes in the back were really rough cut, a little sand paper takes care of that but, again, I would expect better. They are also too small for even my very small hands, it would be nice if they were a little bigger or a lot smaller... look better too. Hinges on the door were not easy, the holes were not drilled quite correctly so there was a little wiggling and figuring, and some work with a round file before they fit properly. The door opener works ok, and the door fit when I adjusted the hinges properly. The instructions for adjusting the hinges isn't very clear but work with it a little and it will work out. I wish the feet were adjustable, it would be nice for wood floors that aren't exactly flat. The shelves seem sturdy but they do move on the pegs, beware of this when you are putting equipment on the shelves, it can move forward off the rear pegs and dump the equipment unexpectedly. (especially if you are trying to move the equipment forward) Lastly, it is not square, not at all... the door fits but there is a much larger gap on the left side at the top and bottom of the door than the right. It's not an adjustment, it's that either the cabinet or the door is not square... not a small difference either, 3-4 millimeters difference on top and bottom. Sturdy and overall great case for your stereo system. The shelving can be adjusted, and there are holes behind the system for wiring and, of course, feet for the cabinet. There is a push (open/close) from the glass door that adds a final touch to the cabinet. Recommended.

I assembled cabinet and the final step is to install door. Come to find the metal frame has a large kink and is bent. This happened during manufacturing. Obviously this company has zero quality control. This is overpriced junk and would not be worth the aggravation even if it cost half as much.

Nice and heavy. Back is not thin fiber board like many others. its 3/4 in. Stable and super solid. Its big! Mine holds, cablebox, AppleTV, HUGE AVR, 6 disc CD changer, VCR ( dont judge me! lol) ) a DVD/BluRay and a turntable. and still room for a Multimedia NAS in future. Assembly was quick and easy. The feet ( not adjustable FYI), shelf pins and spring latch are the items that need some improvement. Just cheap plastic. I did have some shelf issues. My Onkyo TXRZ 50 and 6 disk cd just barely fit with banana plugs ( front to back) . The shelves can and do slide easily on pins so be careful or you may slip off the pins on backside while installing equipment. I've had it happen a few times ( tipping backwards). I would buy it again!! ... show more

It took a little while to assemble this but it is working out great for us. We had multiple components we wanted together and this cabniet worked out great. It also looks more expensive than it was.
