It does what it needs to do and it’s half the price of others I’ve seen. I’ve made over 200 tumblers since purchasing a few months ago and it’s still working as needed. It heats up quickly (within a couple minutes). And it has an automatic shut-off feature, that’s turns off the equipment when you haven’t pressed an item in an extended period of time. I love it. The first one came out great then all of a sudden some after that had burnt spots. Maybe I need to play with the heat settings and I’m realizing different cups may need did temps.
