Premium quality Durable Packaging brand standard weight interfolded deli sheets 6” x 10-3/4”. 6,000 sheets of interfolded pop-up sheets. This paper is coated with dry wax. Dry wax provided good moisture resistance and some grease resistance. The paper is not meant for use in the oven as the coating will melt If the paper is exposed to direct heat. Ideal for any kitchen. Used by many high-end restaurants, caterers, delis and s to use Kosher certified. Made in the USA.

Amazon are adamant that there should be 12 boxes but all I got was one box... just the one box of deli sheets with a shipping label on it. The sheets would be fine if I received what I paid for.
