I was excited to get this and opened it up as soon as it came in. I have been on a honey kick trying honeys from different locations. And I wanted to try Manuka honey, but for the most part this stuff is crazy expensive. I am sure that different grades and different flower sources will make a difference in taste, but this one is not my idea of anything I would enjoy eating. I will try pairing it with other food items, but I have no idea what will work with this. Very strong flavor and an unpleasant long lasting after taste.
