This MDSolarSciences Advanced Hydration Crème is like a serum / moisturizer combo! I love when moisturizers have added ingredients!! I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions. This cream is pretty lightweight but super hydrating! I personally like using it during the day, as I prefer a thicker cream at night. But it’s all about personal preference! I haven’t seen any change to my wrinkles or any tightening to my skin. But I have seen a decrease in one specific dark spot! So I know with continued use, I’ll definitely see some more changes! I love that this is developed by Dermatologists!! It also has some great added ingredients with some great benefits, such as: • Hyaluronic Acid: Quenches, retains moisture + tightens texture. • Ceramides: Boosts moisturization + helps protect the skin barrier. • Squalane: Soothes sun damage + locks in moisture. • Mushroom Peptide: Reduces the appearance of wrinkles, dark spots + corrects sun damage. My skin has been responding negatively to the harsh, cold, dry winter air, so I needed to change up my regular skincare routine. This MDSolarSciences Advanced Hydration Crème is helping me restore my skin's moisture barrier and reduce dry flakes. I'm using this at night. It goes on slightly thick, but over time it absorbs, leaving my skin plump and ready for the day when I wake up. I was worried this might have a floral fragrance because Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, neroli and lavender are all listed ingredients, but I was pleasantly surprised that this has almost no odor. It is so light that it doesn't bother my allergies. Speaking of ingredients, I really like that it contains niacinamide, vitamin C, ceramides, squalane, grape seed oil, and mushroom extract. These are all ingredients I've used in the past, to which my skin has responded well. This product contains plenty of synthetic ingredients as well, so it may not be the first choice for those who prefer natural or plant-based skincare, but it does seem to be effective. ... show more

The packing for this product contains quite a bit of useful information, a list of ingredients and directions for use. There are no package inserts which is good for the environment. The box feels like it could be from recycled materials. This is a plus for me. The container itself made so that contamination from fingers will not enter the product. Also the bottle is totally opaque so there will not be light damage to the product. There really is no scent. The products (and all the products they make) were initially created and developed by dermatologists. This is a huge plus as I have a mild case of rosacea. Products designed for sensitive skin and created by professionals are can be very calming. This is so easy to use-after cleansing one's face, apply a small amount to face and neck. The manufacturer suggests one or two pumps. The product feels wonderful going on-light and creamy. It quickly absorbed without any after application tightness. My facial skin is very smooth to the touch after using. The product "works" overnight. I really love it. I look forward to seeing the results over time. ... show more

    • Feels amazing, no visible difference
I really like this as a night time cream. A little goes a longgg way, so I’m expecting this bottle to last awhile. It soaks in quickly and definitely makes my skin feel softer, but I’m not seeing any visible difference in my skin after a month of use. I don’t really notice any strong scent, or really any perfume like scent at all. It does have a very subtle face cream smell. My skin is very sensitive and I usually struggle with new products causing redness, irritation and breakouts for the first few days to weeks of use, but I haven’t had any of those issues with this cream shockingly. Because of how thick and moisturizing this cream is it is definitely better suited for nighttime. After feeling (but not seeing) the difference in my skin I’m definitely planning on continuing with this product and I look forward to trying other products from this line. This cream does seem a little pricey for something that just feels nice, but doesn’t seem to be making a big visual impact on my skin. I’ll keep using and update with how long this bottle lasts me with nightly use and if I notice any other changes or improvements in my skin with continued use. ... show more

This night time creme is pretty good! I wasn’t expecting much difference as with my normal moisturizer but this MDSolarSciences advanced hydration crème is a wow! Easy messy to pump out, and one pump covers my face/neck. It goes on nice and even after a few hours, I feel the smoothness, the hydration - not dried up as others or ones that say fast absorption. This is where it appears to kick in with times release. There is a slight scent - but nothing strong, very faint. The addition of Hyaluronic Acid is another plus! My skin feels really good and can’t wait to use this every night to keep my aging skin appear and feel younger! ... show more
