The chairs we bought were said to be weather resistant, all weather, and would last 3+ years. The seller told a completely different story when contacted: that we should have been putting a UV finish on the chairs (never mentioned previously), that they should be moved indoors during "inclement weather," and that they have no guarantee of quality. Very easy to assemble. I like the pull put foot rest. You just have to pull it out before you sit on the chair otherwise the seat deflects enough to make it hard to pull. Disappointed in the quality at this price point. Many holes did not line up during assembly, and even after tightening, the video shows the amount of play in the chair. I imagine getting in and out of the chair over time will loosen this even more. As others have said, the bars that support your bottom when sitting do flex downwards. Therefore you can’t take the leg support in and out while seated. You must stand and then either push in or pull out the leg support. I’m noticing this after only 1 day and unfortunately can only imagine this to get worse over time. One of my cup holders was stripped and the screw is loose, so I just had to take that out. Lastly, although small, many nicks and mars on the surface (see photos) overall. The cuts are also not sanded and are rough. Maybe I got a bad batch or am missing something, but for $250 a piece, really thinking about returning them. —-UPDATE:—- The seller reached out to me to offer assistance and they were extremely helpful and polite. I am definitely satisfied with the support and level of customer service! I can tell they are committed to satisfaction with their products and that they stand by them. ... show more
