I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs from Mdeam, and was extremely impressed. I was worried that the products would either turn out to be cheaply made or difficult to assemble; neither of my fears were warranted. Having owned a pair of wooden Adirondack chairs that tended to weather pretty fast, I wanted to find a product that would last longer. These chairs use high density polyethylene, so they should withstand the elements better. And this composite turns out to be very sturdy; the chairs have some really good heft to them, so I’m assuming they’ll hold up to people’s weight, wear and tear, and whatever the weather throws at them. In fact, the weight of the products was perfect… not too cumbersome, but there’s no chance of having them blow away with bad shore storms. The assembly was extremely easy. I’ve had so many instances of products coming to me with no instructions, broken links to supposed instructions, or directions that are simply wrong. These instructions were perfect and easy to follow. And the various screws, bolts, washers, and nuts were sent in a sealed sleeve with clear labeling to avoid any missing parts or challenging assembly. The chairs also have amazing added-on features. There are cup holders on each armrest that swivel out when needed, but they stay protected underneath when not required for use. And each chair also provided 2 stabilizers on both sides so that they are kept more secure. The chairs also easily adjust back into 3 different settings. And there’s a retractable ottoman that slides back into the chair when not in use. Simply put, I love the Mdeam Adirondack chairs, and look forward to many years of use. Buyer beware:The product was defective. Screw holes were drilled incorrectly causing the chair to be wobbly. Contacted seller for pick up and they are slow in responding and problematic. Box is heavy and now I have to solicit someone to deliver to a return center.

Easy to assemble, everything lined up and all parts were present. Hubby and I have been wanting chairs of this material for a while but the price point always kept us away. These were a great price and we couldn’t pass them up, the drink holder, recline feature and foot rest definitely added into our decision to purchase. We chose the navy, which is not a dark navy but a beautiful blue color none the less. We love that it folds which will make for easy storage during hurricane season, however they are heavy which is a bonus in it would have to be strong wind to carry them away. They are sturdy and comfortable, but be aware the foot rest is a little hard to move when you are in the chair. That is the only drawback I can say for now. I absolutely love this chair! It looks stunning on my deck and instantly elevates the space. The quality is outstanding--sturdy, well-made, and built to last. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and it didn’t take long at all to put together. The color is gorgeous, and the comfort level is even better than I expected. It fits perfectly on my smallish deck. I added a cushion I also found on Amazon. One of my favorite features is the pull-out footrest--such a smart addition that makes it perfect for relaxing. The built-in cup holders are another thoughtful touch that sets this chair apart from a traditional Adirondack. If you’re considering this chair, don’t hesitate. I purchased two of these chairs. While the chairs look awesome and easy to assemble, one chair is solid as a rock and the leg rest slides in and out seamlessly and easily. The other chair is very loose, shakey and squeaky, it is not well made at all. It broke the first time my husband sat in it. He did put it back together. However, it is still shakey, loose and squeaky. Also, the pull out leg rest is very hard to slide back in!! Be aware when you purchase, apparently quality is lacking!!
