I recently moved into a four-story apartment building and needed a cart to help me bring groceries up to my apartment. I purchased the “MDEAM Folding Collapsible Wagon, Large Capacity Outdoor Wagons Carts Heavy Duty Foldable Utility with Big All-Terrain Wheels &2 Side Pocket for Camping, Sports (Blue)”. The large capacity of this outdoor wagon makes it incredibly convenient for transporting various items, and the heavy-duty construction ensures its durability even when carrying substantial loads. However, there is a problem with the handle. On my way to pick up a package from Amazon, the top part of the handle came off with nothing in the cart. I could find one piece (see picture), but I could not find the spring. I purchased springs from a local home improvement store and repaired the handle. Unfortunately, the upper handle would still pull out when nothing was in the cart. I was going to drill the handle and insert a screw with a wing nut, the cart is fantastic, and I wasn’t going to let the handle pulling out prevent me from using the cart. Before drilling the handle, I emailed customer support (not Amazon’s customer support) to see if they had a fix. Two emails and three days later, Alex in Customer Support delivered (not personally) a new cart to me, no questions asked. I am happy to report the new cart is working great without issues.

I needed a cart for moving more around larger fragile items, whereas my old cart bounces around a lot with no padding at all. I went looking for a different cart, where I found this one, really nice size and design, and had to get one of those. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to set up and use. I really like how all I had to do was take the cover off, expand it to full size easily, and then push it down inside front and back, and it was flat, ready to go. I did put in the padded bottom since I was moving fragile items, and it fit perfectly as well. Secondly, it works great. I really like the padding inside from one end to the other, including the bottom. I also like how nothing inside is sharp or can scratch items in the cart as well. I also like how easily it pulls, and even when fully loaded, and with the big wheels, it just rolls right over the bumps, and it never bucked the inside of it at all. I also like how well it turns sharp and smoothly, and it can take those tight turns without losing balance too. Lastly, the pockets. I like that the front and both sides have nice pockets, and the sides have a long zipper for larger items which is just handy when needing a place for tools. I also like how fast it folds up, with two pulls of the inside center, and it folds right up, and then the cover fits easily as well. No cons, it worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

I've had this for a few months, mainly got it for the beach but have used it for some picnics and hauling the kids to and from the pool while on vacation. Pro's Large capacity allows for great hauling capacity. Seems sturdy and well built Large, solid hard plastic wheels leads to quieter ride Easy to set up and pack up Con's Heavy - Could be cumbersome to put in and out of a vehicle if you aren't used to lifting heavier objects. Does not do well on soft sand. This was the main reason to get this but the wheels sink into soft sand and make it nearly impossible to pull. Required someone lifting the back end to get it through the softer sand. Did do well on the hard/wet sand. Difficult to maneuver down a steeper paved path/road if you have more than 40 lbs in it. Overall it's a good wagon with great capacity but does not do well on soft sand which was the whole reason I got this, but should be good for picnics and sporting events with the kids nonetheless.

I thought this wagon came with a padded bottom piece to fit inside the wagon and also with a case to cover the wagon with when folded. I did not receive either one of these. Wagon is large and fits what I wanted to carry. Seems sturdy but I have not used it yet. UPDATE I emailed the seller and they responded within 24 hours. They sent me the missing items which arrived within 10 days in the color matching my purchase. The seller was very responsive and sent me several updates. I have used the wagon once so far to carry chairs, food etc. to an outdoor concert. It worked very well. Just be carefull going down a slope with it loaded. It can roll into you. It is a large wagon and as noted elsewhere, a bit heavy, 28 lbs, when you need to lift it in and out of the car. EMAIL I had noted someone else had emailed the seller when they had a problem. I then spent quite some time trying to find the email address. To find the email address look under the Buy Now button and click on the name of the seller. That will send you to a page with the email address.
