I purchased 2 different brands of similar chairs. These came with an arm piece that had a chunk broken out of it but still 100% sturdy and not noticeable. I do like how the adjust better than the other design. These have a washer on the outside so it isn't as tight when trying to adjust them. I haven't had anyone around my fire pit yet since it's August and still scorching hot in Florida but I'll let you know how everyone likes them come football season!

The instructions for assembling the chairs are very good and with each piece clearly labeled shows some thought was put into them. Assembly was about 30 minutes per chair. Customer Service was excellent. One of the pieces was damage and an email was quickly responded to by Alex who sent replacement part via Fed Ex. Chairs are nice addition to fire pit/outdoor patio. Very pleased with purchase.

Needed to replace old wooden Adirondack chairs that were damaged in a 2 hr. hailstorm. These fit our need perfectly. They were easy to assemble. All parts were enclosed with proper tools and diagram. Love that they have adjustable back, slide out cup holders, and fold up for storage. They seem to tolerate our summer storms much better than the real wooden ones.

Get the version for a little more with the footrest as the footrest stores inside the chair. Cup holder is held with only one small screw and will be the first thing to fall apart. Otherwise nice chair

Received our chairs ahead of schedule. During assembly we noticed a defect on one of the back slats. I reached out to customer support and within hours a replacement slat was on its way. Shout out to Alex in customer service! The chairs are gorgeous, built tough and fold up flat for easy storage. If you're on the fence, jump off and order these chairs. You will not be disappointed!!

We had previously purchased 2 MDEAM chairs with the footrest and a table and we absolutely love them. Everyone that has saw them or sit in one have been impressed. We just ordered 4 more chairs and 2 side tables for a different patio. There was an issue with shipping on the chairs (not with MDEAM). When I contacted MDEAM, the customer service was the best I have ever received (responsive, follow-up, and they also sent a free gift). Great customer service seems hard to find these days. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from MDEAM, not only for the quality of the chairs and tables but also the outstanding customer service.
