Very pleased with choosing a pair of these Mdeam Adirondack chairs. High quality materials and workmanship and look like they would cost twice the price. Easy to assemble. Great features like the foldaway retractable ottoman and foldout cup holders. The HDPE material is impervious to weather and very easy cleaned with a simple wipe. Fast shipping and easy to put together. These Adirondack chairs are comfortable, and better than those cheap plastic ones that only last 1-2 years and I love the recline feature, cup holders! They seem strong and durable! Best part when I’m ready to store them for winter, they fully collapse!

I'm mostly satisfied with this Adirondack chair from MDeam. I have purchased four of them to go around my new Breeo fire pit. They look great! However, the assembly was a little frustrating. One of the four chairs the drill holes were off template by about 6 inches. For that I had to drill my own holes. Some of the dovetail cross pieces did not satisfactorily mate. As others have commented, the video directions and the paper directions do not match. But using common sense it is possible to figure out. I was drawn to these because of the HDPE composite material (made from milk jugs) because I do not want to have to maintain these chairs. It is very heavy material and the chairs were difficult to move out into the backyard (I'm 64). The material seems a little flexible, not rigid like wood. I'm fine with that, but worry over time that flexibility will translate to a stressed look, or even structural failure. But that's just a concern, it's not yet my reality. In conclusion, this is a solid Adirondack chair. I'm happy with the outcome. I would just encourage the vendor to improve upon their QC checks before shipping. ... show more

This is a very sturdy, nice looking and comfy chair. It takes a little effort to push the ottoman in and out, but we have not tried lubricating it. It looks great on our patio and I love reading in it!

    • Disappointing Quality and Misleading Advertisement
First of all, the seller lacks transparency. The promotional video clearly shows an adjustable backrest, but in reality, the back is not adjustable. The overall quality of the chair is very poor—you can feel and hear it creaking with every movement, and several parts are loosely connected. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy, which is honestly off-putting. Overall, I would not recommend this chair. Spend just $20–40 more and get something stable, reliable, and from a seller who doesn't mislead customers. ... show more

Got 2 of these Adirondack chair, very comfortable chairs with footrests. It was easy to assemble with instructions provided. The chairs are of good quality material as well. The only issue we faced is that it is little hard to pull the foot rest out.

    • Love our new chairs!
Easy to follow directions. The chairs are attractive and sturdy. They look great on our boat dock. We love the Adirondack style and the fact that they will last longer than wood that rots. We also have an issue with carpenter bees in the summer. These chairs won't be on their menu!
