However, both the top and bottom have a pretty significant gap, allowing for the case to freely move up and down. This case fit my Dell Latitude 7450 for the greater part. It doesn't quite close flush when the case is on, but I was able to make adjustments for it to work. The color is different than it shows online. I thought it would be a kind of teal/mint green, but it closer to a true green or kelly green.

I purchased this case in July and I thought it was fine, it fit the screen well and I didn’t encounter any major issues. However in November I opened my computer up and noticed the lcd panel was broken and the computer was never dropped and always handed very carefully. This was a work laptop for the university I work for and when I met with the IT department they said that the plastic prongs depressed the screen breaking the lcd panel. They said that Dells screens are made of plastic so you can never use a hard plastic case for these computers unlike Apple and other brands that use metal or glass. If you have a Dell laptop I recommend not buying this case as it can cost you replacing the entire screen. ... show more
