After purchasing the wrong clear case for my work laptop, I thought this one would fit because it's the same model as description. However, both the top and bottom have a pretty significant gap, allowing for the case to freely move up and down. This case fit my Dell Latitude 7450 for the greater part. It doesn't quite close flush when the case is on, but I was able to make adjustments for it to work. The color is different than it shows online. I thought it would be a kind of teal/mint green, but it closer to a true green or kelly green.

This design (Latitude 7440) traps dirt under the shell, and when that happens it scratches everything. I had a cover like this on a previous Dell notebook (XPS) and this didn't happen. HORRIBLE design. Beware.
