Edit: it so easy for the used coffee grounds at the bottom to grow mold and of course the mold has grown hard to reach places. Be aware. You need to clean the brewing unit once a month according to the manual. So read the manual The size of it is gigantic, I do recommend buying a cart to make a "coffee station" so you don't have to waste counter space. the Expresso is what you expected, black on the bottom, creamy at the top. It Steamed milk fine. The grind settings seems to work well, has no problem making lattes. You do need to go in the settings to change temp if you want your coffee hotter than normal or lower than normal for ice coffee. The cleaning process is a little annoying however it does do it job as far as I can tell, sometimes the water comes out coffee brown and other times clear. It will tell you to clean out the excess if it at risk of overflowing. It took me a minute to understand how to increase and decrease the volume, just know some of the buttons are multi purpose. The beeping when something needs to be refill etc is annoying but not a big deal. But overall it works well for the price and I have no regrets ... show more

Not impressed with the cosmetics of the product …it is clear to me that its been used and either was not refurbished properly or improperly cleaned - the front face has major streaking and or faded plastic due to the brewing or steaming process.

Love having the cup to cup grinding option! The flavor is so fresh and a great value. Know that it will stop mid brew and beep perpetually if the water or bean run out. It is a bit inconvenient and annoying that it doesn't let you know between brews, but worth the extra effort for a better cup of coffee!! ... show more

The overall coffee and power of this machine were great for the price. However, water would leak into the coffee grounds bin and then leak out of the machine. I tried to exchange it to see if it was a defect but the replacement did the same thing. Not worth the hassle of ordering.

I'm no coffee gourmand but it makes a good cup of coffee or espresso. Put the beans in one side, put the water in the other, punch up your brew and it comes out the pipe.

I’ve had this machine for not even a year and there’s been countless times I’ve had to start my morning frustrated that the machine wouldn’t operate correctly. Today I spent 1 hour cleaning what I noticed is a giant spill that’s been sleeping out of the machine when it fails to pull an espresso shot. So not only does it fail to pull shots from coffee powder 50% of the time, but you have to clean the horrible mess it leaves; which stains everything. I’m very unhappy having spent as much money as I have to receive nothing. Not even a cup of coffee. DONT GET THIS MACHINE. ... show more

This has great features, style, and makes amazing expresso! Not disappointed at all. I was a little weary due to cost but works great. Cleans easy and doesn't take up a lot of space.
