    • Cheap but for a reason.
For it being the cheapest bolt on exhaust kit for the MK7 Golf R (with actuators) it was not that difficult to install. Was a pain trying to line up the exhaust tips but that was about it. Removing the old exhaust and putting this one on with simple hand tools and a couple jack stands was about 6 hours. Sound is good, throaty and mean. No loud pops and bangs but does burble in deceleration which is nice. CONS: drones like hell between 1.5k-3k rpm on accel or decel or in high gear giving throttle, the resonance literally vibrates the whole car and my head which isnt fun. I feel like with a proper resonator or different chambered muffler on this it would drone way less and not shake the car. Otherwise good value for the money i'd say. ... show more
