This chair does a good massage, except for the neck. It helps my stiff back unwind and is surprisingly robust at massaging my arms and calves. The shoulder massage works well for me and I fit it well despite quite broad shoulder on my 250 pound frame. I got this chair to help with back problems as I recover from shoulder surgery. The settings on the chair allow me to pick the massage I want rather than accepting the full body massage which is the default. I have one negative warning for purchasers. The chair comes as a unit in a box. The box is roughly 30" wide and long enough to make moving into a hallway possibly difficult if there is an immediate turn. I picked this chair because it was listed as being 27.1" wide. It is not. The delivery guy and I had to push it through a 28.5" opening, squeezing the soft sides of the chair to make. ... show more

We were looking for a massage chair for a long time. This chair has all the features we wanted including heat. The only flaw would be the neck massage doesn’t go high enough for our tall son (who is pushing 6’ 5”). A great buy. Easy to assemble out of the box. Easy to use.
