It's working well to hold up the mattress in a bunk bed with the wooden slats where the mattress was sagging thru. My son is only like 85lb tho not sure how this would hold up on someone heavier

Weight capacity wise it’s stable. But the slates don’t stay still they have to be screwed down. Overall great product if you don’t want to purchase a boxspring.

Quality is good but not cheap for some wood pieces that bind together with the fabric. You can certainly DIY one but I chose not to to save myself some time.

Thank goodness I found this product. We bought my son his first big boy bed and wanted to use a memory foam mattress without a box spring to keep it low, but the mattress keep sinking through the slats. Once we put this down, it creates a solid sturdy base.

    • Excellent support for mattress
The slates on this item are arranged vertically and are spaced close together. When laid on top of the horizontal slates (that has big gaps between slates) on my bed frame, it makes a very sturdy base for my high quality 13 inch mattress. So pleased with this product!

We needed a bunky board for a murphy bed which didn't support a mattress well. This was perfect and so much easier to deal with than a one-piece bunky board.
