Love this decaf! We decided to switch from a Keurig machine to making our own pour over coffee. This coffee was our first test run of an organic decaf dark roast coffee using the Swiss water method to decaffeinate the beans (so no chemicals), and it’s a winner! It’s crazy the vast difference in flavor between a Keurig k-cup and the pour over coffee method (pour over coffee is WAYYYYYY better!). Now that we’ve made the switch we couldn’t be happier! This coffee has a nice bold flavor to it. The flavor lingers for a bit after you’ve taken a sip and I find that to be quite nice. I love that it is organic too. The bag is resealable (using an attached tie) which is also great. I don’t pick up on much acidity, it’s super smooth. Normally, I would need to put some nondairy milk in my coffee, but not with this coffee, it’s great just the way it is. The taste is fantastic! Highly recommend.

I've tried many brands of decaf coffee and Mayorga is the best tasting one. It beats out Kicking Horse Coffee, San Francisco Bay Coffee, The Organic Coffee Co., and Starbucks Decaf Verona. Price wise, it is affordable (you can also find it at your local membership warehouse's (the big C) online store at better price). Taste wise, it is like drinking regular coffee. It is not bitter. Acidity level isn't strong or sour. Aroma is great. And the roast is consistently medium.

Quite a strong and very intense tasting bean, also extremely oily for some reason. Overall I did enjoy the flavor, but by the end of the bag, it had also worn out its welcome and I was eager to move on, so I won’t be rebuying.
