I heard from different scientist that any rocket ball sport - tennis, badminton, table tennis, etc is very good for the brain health so i decided to buy these paddles because i've never owned anything like that. I really love the quality. They are very sturdy but very light, handles have a good grip and colors are just so beautiful! It has a nice carry and 4 balls. I love everything about it, the onyl thing i wish balls were made of something softer so when we play it doesn't create so much sound. Although the paddle is a bit heavy compared to some other brands, this is still an amazing paddle. Pickleball is a easy sport to pick up and the instructions on how to play that came with the set made it much easier. The grips are also pretty good. All in all it's an amazing set for all beginners.
