The description indicated the liner had a built in sharpener, the one I got did not. I contacted seller and the said the order was right. I told her to read the description…. She told me to send it back but I had already thrown away the packaging and couldn’t. I advise reading the description on your pen before you throw away packaging… oh, and my response from seller was “Be Kind”

Okay so I did some research and if you pull off the bottom plastic piece and shove something narrow inside it, you can get more pencil to push out the tip. but push slooowly because it won't push back in if you do too much, you'll try to push it back it in and it'll break. terrible design. i used a paintbrush. won't buy again.
