Love this product because it is lightweigh, clear, yet elevates the natural look. Just order my second one. Holds well throughout the day, but does start lose hold by the end of the day. However, I have not noticed any flaking.

The tubes don’t last long so the $10 price tag makes this more of a middle of the road price point but this is my favorite and I’m tired of trying other brands to save 5 bucks just to get crusty eyebrows that don’t hold through half the morning. I work outside and am not a big makeup wearer at all now that I’m in my 30s. The Maybelline Super Lock in clear goes on smooth, is easy to clean when there’s too much product on the wand or your face and holds even in the SoCal heat. I can get a glossy, laid down look or a fluffy look with my fine, curly hairs with very little effort. I didn’t care for the colored versions I tried as it was harder to get a consistent opacity and the final look was less subtle than what I’m going for. I just wish I could trust this site and the sellers to not jack up prices, otherwise I’d subscribe for a bimonthly (6-8 weeks of daily use) delivery. ... show more

This is one of the best eyebrow gels I’ve ever tried; it has a super strong hold and keeps brows in place all day. The only thing to watch out for is that the tinted version requires a bit of care, as it can smudge your makeup so I recommend doing your brows first and cleaning up any excess product. I have tried many products to color my brows. This product is the best I've bought. I was very surprised that it worked so well! Don't be frightened by the word glue in it. It's not like real glue. It colors well and my brows stay in place.

I purchased the tinted medium brown shade of the Maybelline Super Lock eyebrow gel, and the color is beautiful. It's a very neutral-tone, not too warm or too cool. It did a great job of defining my brows and making them look fuller, and the holding power is excellent. Once my brows were in place, they stayed put all day. I struggled with the amount of product on the wand, which is why I gave it three stars. Even after wiping off the excess from the wand and using a Q-tip to clean up clumps, I still found it easy to apply too much color. I think this is more of a learning curve than a product issue, and people who are more experienced will probably love the tinted version. For me, I'll be purchasing the clear formula next because it will be mistake-proof and provide the same excellent hold all day. Love this item! It’s super cheap and works amazingly. I used to use Anastasia’s brand but by the end of the day, my eyebrows had flakes. I get no flakes with this product. After the end of a rough 12 hour shift my eyebrows are still intact. I will forever use this until it’s discontinued.
