This is my favorite natural mascara! For days where I don't want to fiddle with clumpy-ness or make it look like I'm wearing makeup this is my go to. The color appears very natural despite my hair being a reddish blonde color. The lash wand ensures that you get every eye lash covered and separates them marvelously. It really is a truly voluminous mascara. There is no flaking or clumping even after a day of wear. I have come across no smudging underneath my lashes either even though my bottom lashes are really long. Overall I absolutely love this!!! This has been one of my favorite mascaras, but it isn't long lasting or waterproof like others. I actually own both the waterproof and regular and I can't tell a difference. I will reorder, but won't be using when I need a waterproof mascara. It doesn't clump, and my lashes look full and stay separated. I don't my lashes to look super full or over applied, more like a natural look, so that is what I really like about this New York Volume. However, if I apply several coats, it definitely pumps them up, just not the look I like, so one coat works for me. Also, there is no scent, so I like that I don't t smell chemicals like some other mascaras I've tried. ... show more

I'm pretty unloyal to make up brands, but I have bought this mascara over and over again and it's, by far, my favorite. I've had multiple people compliment me on my big eyelashes, and I'm like "nope... it's the mascara." Sometimes the product needs to dry out a little before you get best results, but once it's reached the right consistency, I would compare it to any expensive mascara that gives you big eyelashes...     • Not consistent application between tubes.
I had this on Subscribe and Save but had to cancel after only two deliveries. I thought the first tube I received worked very well, was exactly the coverage that I wanted, however the second seemed to be very clumpy and not at all like the first. I am looking for a better alternative now.

incredible mascara...I'm an old woman and a young woman at my gym recommended this mascara because it's the kind she wears. Who would know better than a young person?? It works great with little effort and comes off easily with Micellar water. I love it! Now to get rid of the three tubes I bought by myself that DIDN'T WORK!!!! ... show more

Goes on clumpy, I have to apply several times to get any amount of coverage. I do like it did stand up to water splashed on my face at the pool, even though it doesn’t claim to be water resistant
