i have used the product 3 times, the first time I was satisfied with it, 2nd time it was a little dry, used it today for the 3rd time and its super dry. I did twist the top on tight after using it. I am not sure if this type of product comes with an expiration date so it could have been an out of date product. I have already thrown out the packaging so I can't confirm if it was out of date at the time I made the purchase. The mascara brush is a nice size. Great mascara for the price and I’d definitely buy again. It went on without clumps and was easy to wash off at night. I don’t like dramatic make up, so if you like the natural look it’s perfect.

I received the mascara and opened right away, as I am in desperate need of mascara. Found the product to be all dried up. Product can not be returned or exchanged for a new tube. Very disappointed.
