The brush came in fine in the packaging. I noticed the plastic was kind of weak but ok whatever. I put the brush inside the product (comes in separate), and after 1 day when I went to use the mascara, I pulled the brush out and it was all deformed! It’s impossible to apply because it’s curved at a weird angle. The product/brush must have come defective because this is my favorite mascara, I have been using it for years and this has never happened before. Just now I’m noticing the other reviews had the same problems :( I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. I will also add that the formula itself was kind of dry, so the product must have been old. Item can’t be returned or replaced so I’d say it was a BAD purchase. DO NOT BUY!! ... show more

Let’s just get into it, it is NOT waterproof. It’s a great mascara, but it smears very easily and makes you look like you just got a black eye. I personally think that if you are going to wear it, do not put it on your bottom lashes. I do love the two sided wand though.

Love this mascara. I used it back in high school then rediscovered it. It holds lashes well, adds length, and separates lashes for the most part. However, it is flaky and dries out your eyelashes.

I know, I should have listened to the reviews. Got it and took the wand out and the thing was shaped like the shape of your eyelid, so thought okay, different. Didn't find it helped any applying mascara though. Put it up, took wand out to use second day and wow. The wand tip had curled up so tight you had to use to bottom half of the u shape. I hit a few lashes with it, but impossible to get a good look with this brush. I am going to have to buy a new wand. The mascara itself is great, just the applicator sucks. ... show more

I've tried about every brand of mascara (except the real pricey ones) trying to find The One and this is about as close to it as I'll come. I bought the same mascara with the thick brush and it left my lashes clumpy. So get this one with the little comb tip. It still puts out enough product without clumping. I refuse to buy the expensive mascaras because mascara is mascara and this one here does a great job. ... show more
