I really like this Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless foundation and I’m giving it 4 stars. The shade Soft Tan matches my skin beautifully and gives a natural, smooth finish. It’s lightweight and feels comfortable on the skin without feeling heavy or cakey. I noticed that it helps minimize the look of pores and controls oil throughout the day, which is great for my combination skin. The coverage is buildable, so it’s easy to go from a light everyday look to more coverage where I need it. I’m not giving it 5 stars only because the wear time isn’t quite as long as some higher-end foundations I’ve tried, and it can fade a bit by the end of the day. I like the color but because I have dry skin even with lotion it can look a-bit grainy. I use very little. I didn’t like that the bottle had no seal when opening the top and also has some chemical smell.
