I have used this product (Emerald color) before and love it. But I ordered three, and only one of them had any usable eyeliner in it at all. Even that one was definitely not full--but I'm out, and needed it, so only asking for the unusably empty two to be replaced. (Seller, if you read this, send me three and not two, do the right thing!) I hope the replacements will be with tubes that have usable contents. The product itself is fabulous--stays on all day no matter what, great color. I use a separate, smaller brush to apply as eyeliner. It's my favorite long-lasting liner by far. As others have reported, these arrive without any seal on them--so with age, of course they dry out. I have the color beige lustre. It is a beautiful taupe color. It lasts forever on the lids. The key is to use a very thin layer and quickly blend out the edges with an eye brush, working one eye at a time. If you get it too thick, it feels tight and dry once it dries. I've been using this product as base for a more glittery liquid eyeshadow for about a week now, and I'm pretty neutral on it. Gilded Rose is a nice color to use for fair skin to brighten the eyes, but there is substantial fallout on my cheeks once this dries. It's also not particularly pigmented - if I were using this as my primary color, it would take two or three coats to be evident that I'm wearing makeup and I would definitely need an eyeshadow primer. It also itches toward the end of the day, and is usually the reason I end up taking my makeup off when I do. I have used this product several times (bought at a drugstore), and I've always been extremely happy with it. It's usually very easy to apply - goes on smoothly and spreads evenly easily. I've never had any issue with this creasing in my eyelids. I ordered six of these from Amazon because the price was pretty good, but I am very disappointed with the product I received. The product I received from Amazon looked as if it had been previously open, it's incredibly dry and clumply, and it's very difficult to apply. I love these. Been using them for a while and won't switch back to my old products. I have oily eyelids that crease my color without a certain kind of primer. Elf primer has a nice dry finish and seems to be the only thing inexpensive that I can find to work. I apply both it and the eye chrome with my finger... a say this application is key. Maybe I got old product but this was dried up, & the applicator was thin & hard & barely qualified as a brush. Couldn’t spread product on eyelid evenly - it actually hurt a little. I tried a brush of my own & it product came out in dried bits & clumps. I purchased two of these in different colors & both the same.
