Gritty, Gunky, Creases & Cracks, Please don't waste your money!
I had been looking forward to trying this " Color Tattoo Eye Chrome" Eye shadow since I staring seeing the commercial on TV & all my friends wanted to try it as well... Well, I finally ordered it off Amazon ( because where else would you want to buy anything, ever? lol ) And I was HIGHLY disappointed in this product. I ordered the "Gilded Rose" which I love the color, But Unfortunately It is nothing like the commercials, and it looks nothing like it does on the models in the pictures. PROS: The applicator is similar to a lip gloss wand, which is kind of neat & the eye shadow DOES stay on all day, Gilded rose is pretty while still inside the vial CONS: Price is pretty high ( somewhere around $9 - $10 ) for the product offered. I personally wouldn't spend 50 cents on it if given the opportunity. I tried it one time & I don't know what to with it because I will never use it again. Money wasted ughhh If you are satisfied with the looks, promises, packaging etc. like I was, Once you apply it you will realize it is not a smooth look at all, like a chrome finish should look ( and as it was portrayed to look in all the ads, commercials, etc.) it's very gunky, gritty, and goes on chunky & bubbly, it kinds of cakes up rather than spreading across your lid like it should. I am very very disappointed in this product & I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Please don't waste your money! ... show more

Color: Bold Sapphire
I have the color beige lustre. It is a beautiful taupe color. It lasts forever on the lids. The key is to use a very thin layer and quickly blend out the edges with an eye brush, working one eye at a time. If you get it too thick, it feels tight and dry once it dries. I also got Gilded Rose. The color was very patchy and difficult to work with. I do not recommend this color! ... show more

"Tattoo" is an overstatement, but otherwise not a bad eyeshadow.
I've been using this product as base for a more glittery liquid eyeshadow for about a week now, and I'm pretty neutral on it. Gilded Rose is a nice color to use for fair skin to brighten the eyes, but there is substantial fallout on my cheeks once this dries. It's also not particularly pigmented - if I were using this as my primary color, it would take two or three coats to be evident that I'm wearing makeup and I would definitely need an eyeshadow primer. It also itches toward the end of the day, and is usually the reason I end up taking my makeup off when I do. It's an affordable alternative to my usual liquid eyeshadow, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. ... show more

My absolute favorite! Please keep this to buy!!
I have used this for years and it’s my favorite, stores don’t have them anymore but thankfully for Amazon they have it. Cost so worth it! Very pretty on doesn’t take much, I apply this with my finger to make sure it’s on smooth and not too much. I have gotten a lot of compliments on this eyeshadow and it stays on all day! Dry as a dessert not usable -Booo

Oh man I can't remember the last time I gave a one star review. Im soo easily pleased and I understand what Im buying to how much I pay for it and try to always be realistic- Not this time... Tossed this make up right after my first attempt to apply- the day it arrived Looked fine when unwrapped but it was rock hard to say it was dried out is an understatement. Sorry to have to give a one star... and I'm relieved it was a non important ,inexpensive purchase..cause I lost that money ( I often value my time more than a few bucks so I don't bother returning on this one But It is my favorite eyeliner so im sad it was unusable.. No I won't by this from here again .. Maybe my fault for thinking I could buy this Liner a little cheaper than in a store .. I cant find in stores and that's why I tried it .. ... show more
