This may be a wonderful product for those with a bit different type lashes, but my lashes are short and it didn't help to make them look longer or more full. This product seems different from the "Great Lash" I used years ago. The seller packaged the product thoughtfully and sent it out quickly, so there were no complaints there. I have short lashes. This mascara gives me long separate lashes without clumps.Always start at bottom of lash and follow through to end of lash. Repeat if necessary until desired look.
