I switched to this from a traditional bed, as I had moved into a smaller living situation, and the ability to roll this up if needing more space helps a lot. I am 5'10 at 240 pounds. When laying on my side, on my back, or stomach, the bed stays firm and keeps me elevated. The only time I would say you will be touching the floor underneath the bed is when you're sitting on. Still more cushion then, than even sitting on the floor directly. The Sherpa side keeps me very warm, and the otherside is much cooler. This is great for winter, or summer. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. My only complaints would be the fact the Sherpa side catches a lot of debris, and the bed only came with two straps when rolling the bed up. I got this for my son. He and his cat love it. We got him a bed that's low to the ground (he loves sleeping on the floor). He's been sleeping on it since the day I got it. He says it's soft and very comfortable. I'll try and upload of picture of it.

I like sleeping on the floor and recently my son started to refuse to sleep in a bed while taking his naps through out the day I felt bad and needed a new bed anyway but I can never find a matress that didn't make me feel bad in someway the next day I start to see ads for this matress gave in looked it up on Amazon took a while but I gave in I laid down on this bed and it popped my back and my son no longer sleeps on the floor and he doesn't have a hard time getting into bed anymore and loves his independence he gets into bed by himself when he is tired and watches tv until he is sleep I don't even need a blanket to sleep on it I never thought a matress could make such a difference in my life thank you so much ... show more
