Purchased the mattress for tent camping. In photos, the mattress is on a platform to show thickness. It worked well for my mid aged body each night, waking with no pain. (Layered blankets on top as well) It was kind of the company to add in sheets matching the mattress. It does great for what it's made for. The only thing I would suggest needs improvement is the way it's packaged for travel. It comes in a large bag with two straps for tightening. However, one strap broke on me as it's made of plastic. I don't think the straps were made to really hold strength in scrunching the mattress together, it traveled rather big and bulky when folded. Hope this helps 😊

I bought this futon mat so I wouldn’t be stuck on a malfunctioning blow up mattress, and I’m glad I did. Our time at the efficiency apartment seems to be a never ending cycle. I had my doubts about it, but I find it to be comfortable. It’s not thick enough, so I can feel the floor beneath me still, but I’ve found since I began to sleep on this, that I’m not in as much pain as I used to be. That having been said, the straps to fold this thing up with are a nightmare, so I don’t bother to roll it up. The protective bag is a cheap joke as well. Other than that, I love the mattress and hood it holds up for a long time.

I was hoping for more density out of this. My 4" memory foam pad has more support than this does, so I have to think it's maybe 3" thick inside. It's probably ok for doing stretching, but not very good for relaxing on it. I'll probably end up using it for a spare mattress topper if I have a guest needing a bit softer bed.

I was excited to get my bed, King Sized star version, until I realized that they sent both the wrong size AND color. Twin size in Bohemian. It's not even a color and size option available on this seller page. I got on the phone with customer service and explained, and they suggested I go to the UPS store to return the item, but for someone in my living situation, it's an extra expense. And I didn't want to make that expense on account of their mistake, having already shelled out $200 for the mattress I did want. Instead, they agreed to send a replacement and to keep the one mistakenly shipped at no charge. :) That was satisfactory. I'm hoping it sends correctly that time, but God willing, will update nonetheless about that one. Despite the reviews, I was surprised at how thick it actually appeared, even before airing it out (which I've just begun to do.) Some other photos showed a very 'deflated-looking' mattress so I was concerned, but this wasn't that at all. The photos you see are its thickness right out of the packaging! It's folded in half for space while it airs out..as I have limited room and don't want it ruined by pets...yet..but it's very plush looking. And for a twin, I'll comment on that one since it's what I have, it looks 'large' for a twin, which was also pleasantly surprising. I've yet to try it out, but looking forward to it, as I've had recent back pain and don't mind being a floor sleeper. The print is also beautiful. God bless, thank you. Jesus loves us. Great buy..at least I can speak for this version, lol. EDIT: The twin puffed to 3.5 inches. :) Comfy. But I didn't try it out until the king size I ordered came in the mail. I got my original order, the king size, in a timely manner. It's a huge beast! I gave it about a day or day and a half to puff up in indirect sunlight. The ruler shows its (out of the box) measurement. After fluffing, it was around 2.5 to 3 inches (depending on the area measured) so a bit uneven but no complaints. I didn't have room to try it on the floor, but it is topping my Queen memory foam mattress (the king can fold to fit, praise Jesus) and I've slept well on it. My pets love it. And my former hip and back pain is gone. I also put my twin on top of 'that' (weird but personal preference) and all the more comfortable. Even when it (the pain) tried to come on, the futon died it down not long after. Praise the Lord. 10/10 very happy with my purchase.

My back ached and hurt so bad after sleeping on this the night before I moved. It's okay for kids but adults should never lay on this. I could feel the floor under my mattress and returned it within 48 hours of its arrival.

I was initially concerned that this mattress would not be firm enough for me, but sure enough, it's pretty much perfect for me. It doesn't sink down or flatten at all and it quickly returns to its shape. I use this mattress as a topper for my worn out futon mattress and I love it. It is 6 inches longer than a full and the right width, but being longer doesn't bother me since I can utilize the extra length to butt it right up against the futon's backrest and eliminate the gap. Also it is not quite 4 inches thick. More like 3.5-3.75 inches. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase.

With that being said my husband and I ordered this, plus another cheap one to put under it for more support. I have been waking up with less back problems and I’m able to get comfortable way easier!
