If you were to ask me how I feel about this chair, I would say it's pretty great. But if you were to ask me on a deeper level... I would say this is the most comfortable chair I've ever had the pleasure of sitting on. It is literally one of my prized possessions. Everyone who comes to my house fights over who gets to sit in it, and then they rave about how cute AND comfortable it is. Overnight guests literally ask if they can sleep on it, and our cat does sleep on it, constantly. It feels like being cradled in the giant arms of a friendly yeti. Okay, but for real, this chair is exactly what I was looking for! I like to curl up while reading. I knew I wanted something big and cushy for my reading chair, but I still needed some back support, so I wasn't craning my neck or having to hold my book up to read. This chair is perfect for that! It's seriously like a cozy little nest. I have fallen asleep sitting in it multiple times (hence the embarrassing photo my husband took). Literally no matter how you sit in it, it's comfortable. Upright, sideways, even upside down, haha. I usually sit sideways so I can tuck my legs up. The back is supportive even when it's pulled away from the wall, and it has stayed sturdy in the 4 months we've owned it. After a while, the seat does start to sag, like any beanbag. We just flip it over and leave it upside down overnight when that happens, which works like a charm. The faux fur is so soft, and it doesn't have that icky microfiber feeling. Also, our cat's fur doesn't cling to it, and it seems to wipe clean just fine. The chair came vacuumed sealed and expanded pretty quickly, but it probably took about 2 days to fully fluff up. We beat it up a bit to break up the foam chunks, which helped. It did have a smell for a couple days, which aired out. Because of the way this chair is designed, you can't remove the cover to wash it, but that hasn't been an issue for us yet (even with a baby). Overall, I'm obsessed with this chair and I highly recommend it for fidgety readers, or anyone looking for a super cozy chair!

My son loves this oversized bean bag chair! It’s so comfy and fits two people comfortably! However, the back rest is not as advertised it’s a little slouchy and does not keep its shape. (Only on one side) but despite that we love and its super soft and comfy!

UPDATE: May 2025. The seller saw my review and reached out to make things right. We received a replacement chair yesterday, we took it out of the box and we were immediately able to see that this chair was better quality than the original chair we received. There was no need to redistribute the padding, we unboxed it and let it sit. The new chair is more than what we were expecting when we ordered- so it exceeds my expectations. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for the chair. We’ve had this for a few months now. It’s comfy but takes some extra work to make it perfect. The back had significantly more padding than the seat and because of the extra movement to get it to work, one of the seams has torn. We wouldn’t buy again and once it’s out of the box it’s nearly impossible to get it back in - so we won’t be returning it either.

Delivered on February 27, 2024. I bought this beanbag chair and really enjoyed it at first it was comfortable and seemed well-made. Unfortunately, shortly after the return window closed, the seam ripped open with normal use. It’s really disappointing for something that wasn’t cheap. I expected better quality and durability. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

I LOVE this chair. I have already recommended it to multiple friends. It is the perfect cozy chair. Reading, watching a show, working, studying, taking a nap - it is ideal for all these situations and more. In my opinion, a great price for the size, comfort, and quality. Everyone who has come into my room has sat in it and commented on how comfy it is. I painstakingly waited the 48 hours (I think it was) to let it fully expand and it has held its shape fantastically so far. I do anticipate that it will sink a bit, and it has to some degree, but I just pushed it around and once I flipped it upside down to push some of the stuffing around and it came out looking just as bouncy and full as the day it arrived. I can’t speak to how long it will last of course, but after a month it still seems sturdy and durable. I feel like that’s saying something, as since getting it, I have spent most of my waking time, after and before work, in this chair.
