I’m going to be super honest and say I almost didn’t get this because of the negative reviews. I didn’t see too many buyers get the TWIN SIZE and the only ones I did see were negative reviews. I almost cancelled my order cause I saw a lot of unhappy people unable to go through the hassle to return and I didn’t want to lose out on 100$ . Well I’m glad I took the risk!! This came in 2 days. The box was heavy, I saw people saying how it was pretty flat and when laid on it you could still feel the floor. I got the bean bag bed that turns into a twin size bed. As you can see it’s extremely fluffy, full , and super soft, I weigh 230lbs and I laid on it and it’s raised about 9inches from the ground. It’s definitely comfortable. I also saw reviews of how it was hard to get it back into the cover once opened. You definitely have to put you back into it but I was able to fit it back into the cover in as little as 2-3 minutes. The color is exactly as the picture and so it the quality, I’m sure these are mixed shop reviews not just a reviews on the specific product link. GREAT QUALITY, and GREAT shape retention. The one I got was 129$ but it had a 20$ off coupon. My daughter is already asking for one! lol 😂 the pictures were taken just minutes after opening !! The ones with my dog on it was while it was still inflating and the pic after is with it fully fluffed. It does have some weight!!

I've updated my review because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the seller. While I still cannot give this 5 stars due to the issues in my original review, I'm confident that 4 stars is a fair review. I'm fairly certain the product I received was a defect. As I previously stated, the comfort is exceptional. I'd advise to open in a garage our covered porch due to the smell, and avoid the beige in case the color is actually just depicted poorly in the photos. --- I'm torn on the star rating. The bed itself is AMAZING! However, the SMELL is beyond words. It's like chemicals and feces got together and sat around in a warehouse for several years before finally mating and having this bed as a baby. I'm assuming it's from the foam and will air out, but the inner lining is impossible to remove. The bed comes inside the "chair" cover and unzips easily, but the cover on the bed itself can't be opened because the zipper tab is missing. Not sure how I can wash this. My biggest issue is the color, which is why the star rating is so low. I ordered "beige", which is a creamy white in the images. However, this bed it pink. I know it's not the wrong color, because it's a very pale baby pink, but I can't tell if this is a return (it's almost tie dyed looking), a manufacturing issue, or just inaccurate pictures. The foam appears to be blue and another warm color, but I can't unzip to see if maybe it's the color of the foam showing through. The chair outer cover is significantly more pink than the bed cover. Even though they offer free returns, the bed is gigantic. I happen to have a large enough box that I could possibly fit it back into, but I wouldn't be able to get it to UPS easy. It's heavy! If the manufacturer would ship another beige chair cover (even the brown one to avoid another pink cover), I'd be willing to keep the bed. I'm attempting to wash the outer cover in the hopes I can get it lighter, but I don't have high hopes. I'm super disappointed because the quality of the bed is great, but the color is incredibly deceiving.

I had to return the first one because it arrived with a large hole, which was honestly a huge hassle since it’s such a bulky item to deal with. However, the replacement came in great condition and has been perfect ever since. It’s really comfortable and has become a favorite spot in the house—great for naps, relaxing, and just hanging out. The dogs love it too, and it’s surprisingly sturdy even with my teen boy using it, who isn’t exactly gentle on things. It was also easy to fluff with no strong odors and there was no mess since it came as one piece, which made setup simple and quick. Overall, once we got a good one, it’s been a great purchase and definitely gets a lot of use every day. Much better price point than leading brands also.

So I got this for my boyfriend to sleep on when he comes over because it’s more comfy than an air mattress but not as expensive as an actual mattress. When expanded it’s the size of a double bed, does well when you put sheets/comforter, retains its shape (does not make an indention in the foam with use), and is so so comfortable. Easily could be someone’s permanent bed. I always keep it expanded so I have no review on what it’s like in bean bag configuration. Would highly recommend to someone on a budget looking for a mattress or someone looking for an extra guest mattress. It’s big and heavy so would not recommend for something that you need moved around a lot/camping/transported to and fro in a car. That is the only quality that I think an air mattress has over this—compactability and ease of transport.

After less than 2 months of very limited use, the seams are already coming apart. Stitching quality overall appears to be very poor and we anticipate a trip to the garbage sooner than later. To big of a hassle to repair ourselves.

UPDATE EDIT: Customer service is fantastic!!! I have to take it to five stars because after posting my review they reached out to me and got me a replacement cover for my bean bag. And they did it fast. With customer service like that I definitely have to get a five stars! The bean bag system is excellent. You can take it out of the zipper bag and lay it out like a bed. Or you can put it back in a zipper bag and use it as a bean bag. Both options are fantastic. It is very soft. I have little kids that I throw on it and we are "WWF" Rough, not WWE. And I'm talking about the attitude error with Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Dudley boyz rough. The problem is some of the stitching is starting to come loose and after further investigation the stitching is extremely weak. It is not double stitched or special stitched patterned. It's really weak. The stitching could definitely use some reinforcing. In the video I show the hole where the stitching is and it looking bad. Otherwise this thing is fantastic but you cannot be too rough on it or you will bust the seams.
