We got this futon mattress for the guest room, we do not have a frame so this is for the floor to be used as a mattress, seat for the kids. The mattress comes vacuum packed in a large box, you need to leave it out for 48 hours for it to fluff up, once that is done the mattress is ready to use. The material of the mattress is velour that feels soft and yet sturdy and it can easily be dragged on the floor to move it around. The mattress can be folded in half, that is the beauty of a futon mattress versus a regular one. Overall this is a great product that has multi functions in our house.

This mattress has surprised to be honest. It is actually comfortable and is holding up amazingly well. My grandkids use this bed and there is almost always someone sitting on it or sleeping on it. It has up to the abuse very well. It is made well and I couldnt be happier with this mattress.

Really comfy for a futon! It's got just the right amount of softness without being too squishy. Works great for a guest room or small space, and it folds up easily when you need more room.

This is such outstanding quality, it could be used alone or on a futon frame! It makes my futon look and feel like a comfortable couch. It is also perfect for an extra guest bed. The fabric is amazing and I cannot recommend this product enough.

I let it set for most of the day after opening and uncompressing it. I didn't have a frame or futon to place this in, so I put it on the floor in front of the big screen TV in my living room. It's comfortably soft and nice to take naps on. It's also great for my nephews to nap on as they fall asleep watching movies.
