All the buttons are popping out of the mattress I’ve got to find some way to reattach them as it looks really bad as it is right now this started right after we received the mattress. I thought we could fix it but so far we haven’t found away I guess we’ll keep it. We have no choice. This is the first time we bought something from Amazon that it was a poor quality.

Very soft very comfortable but I just recieved this item and I’m less than a week I’ve had 6 buttons come off of one side of this mattress it is a bit lumpy and uneven in some spots but with the buttons falling off I am able to adjust the foam around to plump back to normal size in low areasvery thick overall though does feel thicker in some parts than others but overall very comfortable and it is slightly larger than my futon frame but still works very well, the only issue I’ve had so far is that it makes the frame hard to adjust form bed to couch and vise-versa overall pleased with purchase, could use a little lower of a price tag considering the quality but still satisfied and hopefully will be used for a fair amount of time

It's not very comfortable. The broken foam is tight and it's lumpy and not very comfortable. I think if you're going to purchase from this company, don't get a thick mattress. It's vacuum sealed for delivery, but once the package opens and it's out, you'll never be able to return it because there's just no lifting it or moving it. It's lumpy and heavy, and guests didn't enjoy sleeping on it
